An appointment book that will not let two bookings collide
See the day, the week or a list. Book in a few taps, move a booking when plans change, and let the system refuse anything that would overlap.
Opens the demo as the receptionist. It runs in your browser with sample data, so try anything.
What it does
- Day, week and list views, filtered by stylist and status, with search.
- No double-booking. The database refuses any booking that overlaps the same stylist, even from two desks at once.
- Home visits. Add the address, travel time and a travel fee; the stylist is kept free for the travel on both sides.
- Treatment rooms. Services that need a room get the smallest free room that fits, so rooms are never double-booked either.
- Couples and group bookings. Two to four people at the same time, each with their own service and stylist; if one clashes, none is booked.
- Clear statuses. Pending, confirmed, arrived, in service, completed, cancelled or no-show, with only valid next steps offered.
- Reschedule or cancel. A cancelled or no-show slot is freed and the waitlist for that day is alerted.
- Automatic no-shows. Optionally mark bookings no-show once the grace period you set has passed.
