Walk-ins and online tokens in one live queue
Give every walk-in a token, see which stylist is free, and start the service timer. Customers see the same timer and an honest estimate of their wait.
Opens the demo as the receptionist. It runs in your browser with sample data, so try anything.
What it does
- Walk-in tokens. Find or add the customer, pick a service and an optional stylist, and hand over a token like #W01 with an expected start.
- Online tokens on the same board. Accept, check in, call, start, complete or cancel, with only valid steps offered.
- Stylist stations. Who is free, who is busy and with whom.
- Waiting alerts. Customers who are waiting without a stylist stand out.
- A timer both sides see. Start and finish are recorded on the server, so the salon and the customer see the same elapsed time.
- Honest estimates. Position, wait and arrive-by time, counting stylists working in parallel.
- Stylists see their own queue on their phone.
Try it in the demo
The demo has three walk-ins today: one in service and two waiting, one of them with no stylist yet.
Assign a stylist to #W03, then press Start: the timer begins.
Press Add walk-in and see the expected start time.
Accept the waiting online booking request.
