Ask for a rating from the bill on WhatsApp. Customers who give four or five stars are invited to review you on Google; lower ratings stay private so you can put things right.

- A simple rating page: one to five stars and a comment, one per bill.
- Happy customers go to Google: four and five stars are offered your Google review link.
- Unhappy ones come to you: one to three stars stay private, you are notified and they wait as “needs attention”.
- Follow up on WhatsApp and mark it handled.
- Totals: average, count, rating breakdown and how many went on to Google.
